Shoots & Bookings
Learn how to book shoots, manage bookings, and handle locations across your projects.
How do I book a shoot?
Choose "Book a Shoot" (for video or photography). Select your location, date, and project type. We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance. You can edit your booking up to 12 hours before the shoot. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee.
- 1Click "New Project" (top left corner of your dashboard) and select "Book a Shoot".
- 2Select "Videographer" for video shoots and "Photographer" for photo shoots.
- 3Complete the Project Brief with details such as location, date & filming time. Add up to 30 minutes for equipment setup when selecting your start time.
- 4Click "Submit".
Note: Your project will be added on the dashboard and a CPM will reach out once a creative team is assigned to get started.
Manage bookings
Go to the Bookings tab to view or edit details. You can reschedule up to 48 hours before the shoot. Late cancellations (within 48 hours) incur a 50% fee.
Note: Combine feedback from all reviewers before submitting to avoid duplication and for faster turnaround.
Locations
SoCreative has a global network of trusted videographers and photographers available for shoots worldwide. Additional travel fees may apply for remote or regional locations.
