Credits are how projects are priced on SoCreative. Each project type has a set credit cost that you can see in real time when you create a brief. No quotes, no back-and-forth.
It depends on the project type. A set of social media graphics might cost one credit, while a fully edited video might cost more depending on complexity. You'll see the exact credit cost before you submit any brief, so there are never surprises.
Video production, photography, graphic design, motion graphics, presentation design, and illustration. Everything is managed through our platform.
Most video editing projects are delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Larger projects like multi-day shoots or complex campaigns may take longer, but your project manager will confirm timelines upfront.
Yes. Unused credits roll over for as long as your subscription is active. You'll never lose credits while you're with us.
Yes. You can pause your subscription for up to one quarter (90 days). During a pause, your credits are held and your account remains intact. Contact your project manager to arrange a pause.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll have 30 days after that to use any remaining credits, including rolled-over ones. After the 30-day wind-down, unused credits expire.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
