SoCreative Media Pty Ltd ("SoCreative," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly. • Billing information: payment method details, billing address, company size, and country (payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full credit card numbers).
• Project information: creative briefs, brand guidelines, logos, images, video footage, and other content you upload to the Platform.
• Communications: messages, feedback, and support requests you send to us.
When you use the Platform, we automatically collect:
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, projects created, time spent on the Platform.
• Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.

We may use artificial intelligence and automated tools to assist with brief analysis, project matching, content recommendations, and quality assurance. Where AI processing involves personal data, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. You can contact us to request information about automated decision-making that affects you.
SoCreative operates from Australia and works with a global network of creative professionals. Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including Australia, and countries where our team members and service providers are located.
Where we transfer personal data outside of Australia or the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or reliance on adequacy decisions where available.
With your consent, we may send you emails about new features, services, promotions, and content we think you'll find useful. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional or service-related messages.

• Project content and deliverables: retained on the Platform for the duration of your subscription. Upon termination, content is retained for 30 days to allow you to download it, after which it is permanently deleted.
• Billing records: retained for 7 years in accordance with Australian tax law.
• Usage and analytics data: retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely for product improvement purposes.
Regardless of your location, you have the right to:
• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal obligations).
• Opt out of marketing communications.
• Lodge a complaint with us or with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Where applicable, we will also notify relevant EU supervisory authorities within 72 hours as required by the GDPR.
The Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notification. The "Last Modified" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last updated. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
