Who will manage my projects?
Every SoCreative customer is assigned a Creative Project Manager (CPM) who oversees all projects, coordinates timelines and communicates with editors, designers, and production teams.
Note: Treat your CPM as your main point of contact for faster communication and smoother project delivery.
What's the turnaround time for projects?
Most standard projects are delivered within 48 hours for the first version. Revisions take up to 24 hours. Filmed projects may take longer depending on shoot and upload timelines.
Can I book shoots in different locations?
Yes! SoCreative has a global network of trusted videographers and photographers available for shoots worldwide. Additional travel fees may apply for remote or regional locations.
What if my project has tight deadlines?
Select Express Delivery when submitting your project. Your project will be prioritized with a 24-hour turnaround and two express revisions.
Can SoCreative showcase my company's projects?
Occasionally, we feature client work in marketing materials. If you'd prefer not to have your projects shared, let your CPM know.
Note: You have full control — just inform your CPM if you want to opt out.
